When life gives you lemons, wear a brightly colored off-shoulder dress and move on. You know those times when nothing seems to go right? I’m experiencing one of those moments right now: busy times at work, a pending move that requires so much paperwork, lots of events and things coming up, and oh so little time! I am usually a super-optimist and even writing this makes me feel like I’m overreacting, but heeeyy, sometimes you just need to vent a little, so bear with me 😉

I’m 100% sure that things will work out just fine in the end though. Whenever I feel a little off I tend to wear dark colors and simple things. In an attempt to turn things around, I plucked this colorful little number out of my closet, put it on and ventured outside. I love this dress. It was one of those rare times where I fell in love with a garment and I just had to order it. It fits like a glove and will be my uniform for many summer events to come.
