Yep, in the above picture, that’s me screaming: “weekend, don’t leave just yet!!”. But it did, so hey, Happy Monday! I’ve had a relaxing weekend back home, chilling with the fam, sleeping in late and drinking one too many glasses of wine. Long walks with Lew totally made up for that, I mean the scenery is just so pretty in the place I grew up in.

The scenery in this post is totally different but equally cool: the urban jungle. We shot these pictures after a nice saturday breakfast at the brand new Step by Step store (Steenhouwersvest 20, a total must-visit, I kept swooning over the Isabel Marant prettiness and gorgeous Philip Lim Pashli bags 😍). Early mornings have me trusting in simple combinations, such as this skinnies + big knit + long coat combo. I swear on these Leigh jeans from Topshop, they are extremely comfortable and the perfect length for my short stems. That’s why I own them in every color and you are probably getting tired of seeing them make an appearance, but they ain’t going nowhere 😉

Off to work, some exciting things are happening there! Tomorrow I’m off for a day in Designer Outlet Roermond, and by the looks of it, I won’t be returning empty handed. Because the simplest of outfit is always better when there’s a designer bag involved…
