An ode to new adventures..

New outfit post: i’m slowly starting to look forward to fall, just because I get to dress up in more layers again. I visited the Sienna Goodies showroom today to browse their new collection, and I happily picked out a few of my favourites to show you guys. The khaki dress immediately caught my eye because of it’s color, and the faux fur coat seemed a good (and very soft) fit! And how about that hat? Yep, I should start wearing hats more often again.

New hair: right after shooting these pictures today, I had to run to catch my ride to Brussels. Destination: the L’Oréal HQ, for a full evening of hair pampering courtesy of Redken. Will show you a full recap of the event asap (I shot a small video, which will be up on the blog right after I learn how to edit videos ;-)), but I can tell you this: it was all about the new way of colouring, and I got to test the hair magic myself. Result is a slightly darker, way more shiney update of my locks. Love it!

New friend: you can’t image how often people ask me ‘why is your blog called Dogs and Dresses, you don’t have a dog?’ – as you probably know I’m a huge dog lover, and there’s nothing that I want more than adding a pooch to the family. I don’t want to buy a puppy off of some random website, let alone a ‘store’, so ever so often I check dog pounds to see if there’s a match. Yesterday I got in touch with a girl who is looking for a new home for her 2 golden retrievers, aaaaand tomorrow I’m going to visit them! She still has one doggy available, and I am so hoping that we are a good fit for each other. Keep you posted, aaahhh so excited 😉
