I met up with babe Julie on the weekend and of course we had to shoot some pictures of our little get-together. There’s nothing I love more on the weekend than starting with a work-out sesh (I mostly do Pilates in the morning, followed by some cardio – the infinity stairs are my bestie!) and following up with a cosy coffee date. A latte, some gossip, me gusto! I’m lucky to live in a neighbourhood filled with the coolest coffee bars, which is the best for a coffee lover like me. I have my favourite go-to stops that I love to hang out at on the weekends. Right around the corner from us are literally 5 places that have the best vibe and serve the best coffee. I love Coffee + Vinyl, a coffee bar that doubles as a record shop in the back. Located in the Volkstraat, it is a mandatory stop when you’re doing some shopping.

You know I love myself some Superga sneakers – they have been my go-to sneakers for years now. I’ve invested in so many pairs of crisp white ones for Spring and Summer, but felt like I could use a pair of velvet ones in my life this Winter. I love the warm burgundy color and fun satin ties. The only thing is that I always have trouble finding the flatform edition in a small size, but I guess I hit jackpot with these when I found them on sale.

I’m planning a healthy week as of today, since I found myself munching on way too many fries and fastfood over the weekend. We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday with a fun dinner and drinks, had family brunch on Sunday morning and closed off the weekend with ordering greasy take-out. Time to head to the gym now 🙂
