Dressing for a heat wave can be tricky – try doing it when you’re pregnant, in your third trimester, with swollen ankles and zero patience… 😉 When the temperatures rose to 38°C earlier this week, all I wanted to wear were breathable fabrics in light colors. Even though I wanted to wear nothing more than a tiny bikini, I still had to show up in the office and look somewhat presentable. So I dragged my Dyson ventilator with me to work and dressed up in a simple white, oversized shirt and a pair of heels (which I took off as soon as my meeting ended, Birkenstocks are what I’m all about these days!). I found this shirt at Loavies, where it was part of a selection of items I could choose from for a collab, and I am very impressed by the quality of this piece! The perfect thickness of coton, great shape and oversized without losing all its shape. Will for sure get a lot of wear out of this one!
