I’ve enjoyed every single minute of every single trip we took and every place we visited – I did this super conscious because I knew coming back to reality would be hard. Reality is back to busy days at the office, bills to pay and … Autumn! Visiting warm countries (yep, even NYC was a whopping 78 degrees!) had us holding on to Summer a little longer, but it’s time to face the music – and wear the coat. Admittedly, I love getting to layer up in chunky sweaters and big teddy coats, but I’m not looking forward to the short days and dark evenings. Rosé on a Summer’s night’s terrace trumps fleece-blanket evenings on the couch any time.
[one_half] [/one_half] [one_half_last] Here’s a little outfit that is perfect for transitioning into Fall. I love pairing big chunky knits with bare legs or flimsy skirts. This particular slinky treasure is something I came across on Topshop and it immediately struck my eye. The golden yellow colour is divine, the flowy fabric gives great movement and will have you feeling like a princess, really. I threw on my beige Asos knit and leopard printed booties which I scored in the Summer sales. There’s so much leopard going on everywhere right now, and if you know me or ever checked out more than 2 pages of this blog, you know I am a sucker for all things leopard printed. Very much into snake prints as well lately, since those are on show everywhere. I’ve been on a very productive streak lately (#knockonwood) so there are quite a few outfit posts lined up for ya. Check back soon & let me know if you dig this outfit in the comment section below 🙂
