My current beauty favourites…
It appears that my beauty kit tends to look quite different in winter than during other parts of the year: in it are more soothing, comfy and rich products! Here’s a list of current favourites when it comes to preppin’ and polishing.
- Liu Jo Scent of Liu Jo
This scent is actually a fresher, more lighter scent than the original Liu Jo perfume, but it is still quite heavy and rich for my taste, a scent perfect to layer on top of mohair cardigans and chunky sweaters. - Bead Pink Radiance Cream from & Other Stories
I tend to go easy on the foundation in winter, because I have naturally dry skin that tends to get flakey when there’s too much product caked on. So this radiance cream is more than welcome: it dresses my skin in a coat of light and shimmer, all while being subtle and easy to apply. - Karameju Rich Hand and Body Lotion
A life saver, this all natural lotion. Walking the dog three to four times a day takes its toll on my skin, so I slather my hands in a thick layer of this rich hand cream. - Redken Diamond Oil Glow Dry
Besides its cute flacon, this product really gives my locks a happy healthy shine. I use just a small amount after washing and before blowdrying, after which my hair shines like a diamond 😉 - Rituals La Vie en Rose lipgloss
My pockets and bags are filled with different lipglosses and lipbalms during winter, but this one by Rituals is a favourite because of its subtle pink shine.
