Happy Monday! It’s almost time: we’ve eaten through most of our advent calendar and Christmas Eve is just a few sleeps away. I didn’t really feel the holiday spirit this year, but I am looking forward to Christmas, aka our annual family feast. We spend Christmas Eve at my mom’s with my brother and his wife, and my mom’s partner and his children. It’s always a happy bunch, complete with loads of presents and lots of booze. Hashtag looking forward!

I want to dress up because heyyy it’s the holidays, but I want to be comfortable as well because the majority of the evening will consist of eating too much and chilling on the couch. So no glitzy party dresses, but something chique and easy. At first i wanted to show up in my onesie, but that wouldn’t really make for cute family pics. So I paid a visit to Esprit and selected what I deem the perfect easy-chique holiday outfit. A delicate blouse with lace inserts and victorian vibes, super soft suede skinnies and a chunky cardigan with a subtle shimmer yarn.
