My kind of weekend-proof outfit: a cosy coat, the perfect boyfriend jeans and crisp white sneakers. I just got back from a Sunday in Amsterdam, where I visit the Fashion-Vintage fair and strolled around the city, filling my head with loads of inspiration for the weeks to come. You know what they say about a Sunday well spent… 😉

Earlier this week I walked in on Lewis molesting my brand new Benefit bronzer – he tore up that thing like there was no tomorrow. The bronzer was a gift but is also my favourite bronzer of all time, one that I put off buying because it’s kind of expensive, but that is totally worth its money. Imagine my surprise when it landed on my doorstep right when I finally wanted to buy a new one. Its pure matte color, cute cartboard packaging and instant sun-kissed effect made by heart skip a beat. That morning I happily contoured my sleepy face with my brand new Benefit Hoola bronzer, right before fleeing off to work and leaving the box behind on my desk. Fast forward to a few hours later, when I opened the front door and stumbled upon not a white retriever but a very bronzed one: the stuff that I use to chissle my cheekbones now adorned this pup’s paws, and with it, my beloved white sheepskin rug. For the second time, my heart skipped a beat. But not quite in a good way! Long story short, I now have a sunkissed white retriever, a matte brown sheepskin rug and a flat, uncontoured face of my own. That little dog of mine…
