Nothing better than spending a Saturday meeting up with friends, gossiping over coffee and catching up on the latest novelties.. Since it is the season of giving, I decided to treat girlfriend Marie-Lynn to a glitzy surprise: a festive pair of boots! You know how I love Sacha, especially because they always carry such a large selection of affordable yet on-trend footwear. My eye immediately fell on these festive boots in a glitter fabric, and I love that these come in a range of different colors. I love these black ones, but decided to go all out with the silver pair. I knew Marie-Lynn was crushing hard on the pink pair, so I decided to surprise her with them. It is always fun to see how we both style the same pair of shoes in a totally different way!

I decided to go a little 80’s vibe by pairing the discoball-esque booties with a wide, oversized hot pink knit. To tone it down a little, I added my trusty camel coat and put on a wool hat – love it! ML went for a look that put the spotlight on the shoes, by pairing them in an all-black ensemble. Très chic!

Although a pair of shoes are not the most obvious holiday gift to give, they are a true treat to receive! I absolutely adored seeing the happy smile appear when I gifted these, and I just know we’ll both make great memories when wearing these… Because great shoes… yeah they take you great places 😉
